i found the hotel close to the airport which proved very convenient for a short pre-departure stay the staff were helpful and addressed my needs efficiently. the front desk and porter staff were cute and friendly the room was tidy and well-equipped. the location was convenient and the food was very good with amazing staff.
the hotel seemed to have some issues with the room amenities, i needed bathing items for the bathtub and only received them three hours later after i was already done

the beautiful king room featured a king bed and was well kept with crisp linens the bathroom had clean towels and neatly arranged toiletries there was also a refreshing scent in the room.

the location is convenient with proximity to the airport.
i encountered delays receiving a bouquet i pre-ordered, it took almost two hours to arrive after checking in (a staff member did apologize). also, upon check out, my luggage was not placed in my car as requested, i was not informed, and i nearly missed my flight retrieving it.

I found the location quite optimal. It is close to shopping. the staff, including tushar, bilal, and akashdeep, were helpful at all times. the room was spick and span, and it was very comfortable.

I found the executive lounge had a good selection of liquor and food during cocktail hours. breakfast options were great. I especially enjoyed the variety of choices. the hotel itself is well maintained and near the airport (a big plus for me). staff members are courteous and provide good service.

the staff was attentive and ensured that requests were taken care of promptly (the housekeeping service was especially efficient). staff members like nem kumar were great too provide support. concierges like shiv, pankaj, madhur afnan, and rajiv offered excellent assistance.
